What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Custom products. Retractable awnings ranging from $3,000-$15,000. Retractable screens ranging from $1,000-$10,000. FREE MOTOR PROMOTION

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to take a look at the project site, discuss goals and desires of the customer, discuss options, take measurements and look at aesthetic options and accessories, provide a quote!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Somehow we've all been in the awning and screen business since we were still in high school. Extensive experience in product training and knowledge, installation, and customer service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started cleaning awnings as a summer job when I was 14 years old :-)

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential, commercial, new construction, high rise condos, everybody!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

All of our projects are fun. Outdoor living in Colorado is such an important part of who we are. Our goal is to make your outdoor space comfortable and cool so you can use it as much as possible.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Take time to learn about the product your being offered, who is actually doing the installation, and, what experience do they have with similar projects.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are your goals? Motorized or manual operation? Retractable awning or solar screen? Project timeline?
