What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All of our pricing and purchases are accounted for. Customers receive a detailed breakdown with receipts so they know where every penny goes. We do not markup any materials. Pricing is based on time and labor only. Which is what breaks us apart from our completion and keeps our pricing the best in Connecticut.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We always start with that initial phone call to get an idea of the project and to see if we’d be a good fit. If so we will schedule a time to meet to see the actual job site and give a design consultation. Within a day or two a proper estimate will be emailed for approval.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are certified professionals with over 20 years of experience in masonry and landscaping. Our work is gauranteed.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Working as kid I was always mowing lawns and doing the basics. Once I had a chance to get into the landscape design I was hooked. Being creative and having the ability to bring customer ideas to life is an amazing feeling.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with business professionals, commercial property and new homeowners. We can accommodate all needs and budgets and we look forward to speaking with you about your project!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love doing custom Patios that include walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits or any other accents. If you look at our past projects the stone ridge oceanic blue custom cut border with 2 level curved wall and door well was a great testiment to our designers. Taking the customers vision and making everything come to life. The project took about 2 weeks and is still one of our favorites to date.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Masonry is an art in its own right. There are so many aspects that go into it that customers don’t realize. How to get everything perfectly level, how to pitch that level slightly so rain and water drain properly. Going with the cheapest guy is usually not the best idea. We find ourselves being called in to do repair jobs all the time on patios and walls that were not properly installed.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Will this company be able to achieve my goal of this project within my budget? Does their recent work align with my project? Patios, masonry and landscaping is an expensive undertaking. Make sure you mesh with your contractor don’t just choose him because he is the cheapest or even the “best”
