Have a brief phone conversation to learn about your project, provide general pricing on smaller projects or schedule a visit to talk bout larger projects

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

20 plus years of national home builder project management, 10 plus years of home remodeling and renovation experience

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Working Summer's during high school for new home builders and the rest is history!

Residential homeowners, real estate professionals, insurance companies, financial institutions, real estate investors

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent full house renovation that included 2 new complete bathrooms, a new kitchen, new flooring, paint, doors, trim, lighting, exterior paint and landscaping. Start to finish in 4 weeks. This project was completed for a real estate investor.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Listen closely to the personality of the contractor on the other end. Ask how many jobs they have going at the same time and what they're work experience has been. The proud ones will talk your ear off!
