I introduce myself, conduct a free inspection, explain the job, details, timing, challenges. I make sure the customer understands clearly what will be done. I address their concerns if any, answer their questions. Then I plan the work, and I deliver to my promise no matter what.

I completed Bachelor of Science. I had 6 months "renovation mastery" training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started when I was a child helping my father with his handyman work.

I made brand-new stairs for a customer, to replace the old stairs. It looked very fashionable they loved their new stairs. It took 2 days.

First, they need to think through what really what. They need to focus on how much budget they have for the job and how they make use of their budget effectively.
