Pro Contractors is a privately owned family business. We provide service in your area. We specialize in deck, porch, and roof repairs and full demo/haul of outdoor structures. We also do many other home/business repairs and projects (pressure washing, staining, sealing, etc) all at a fair and honest price. We stand by our work and can promise we will finish the job to your satisfaction. We try to make the experience as painless as possible by offering lower prices than the big companies because we have less overhead as well as offering a high-level skill set when it comes to our work. In most cases, we're able to offer the customer a few different repair options, which would include different price points and options. We put our customer first and work very hard to meet and surpass their expectations. We don't mess around and always honor our commitments. In most cases, we can schedule an appointment for the day of or the following day after our first conversation. Please feel free to reach out for a free inspection and quote.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We're flexible and understanding. We provide high quality service for a fair price. We understand the times are tough for many people and have no problem adjusting our prices for the current market. However are work ethic and materials will never come down from the highest standards.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We try to keep everything as transparent and open as possible and answer any questions our customers may have. We are working for you and want you to be fully aware of everything going on during the process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

3rd generation with over 15 years of professional experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Family business. And I've always had a passion for engineering and construction

What types of customers have you worked with?

At this point I'd say just about all.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Fixed a leaking roof for a kind family. Really enjoyed helping them get back to regular family life. It took one full day of labor.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be as knowledgeable as you can and be aware of people trying to hook you in with a low price only to up charge once the work has started. It's a low and bad tactic.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Knowing exactly what you want accomplished is usually a good idea and having a budget in mind is of course wise.
