What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer only the best retractable awnings. From, full cassette, half cassette to no cassette, we will give you only what you truly need at a price that's half the price of other awning companies.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we will discuss your project with you over the phone. Second, if you like what you hear, we will schedule a in home project survey. Third, we will show on time with our mobile showroom. The only one we know of in the business. You get to see and operate a real awning. Fourth, we will confirm all information and measurements and then give you unbeatable price.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

40 Years in the Home Remodeling industry. I've seen it all.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We moved to Kent Island Maryland, only to find out, you could not use your deck in the summertime. So affordable home shading solutions was a must.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have a family on Kent Island that have a 28' back deck. A mother, father and 3 children. 1 boy and 2 girls. They wanted to be able to entertain on their deck, but it was just too hot during the summer to enjoy. Mom and Dad, decided to consider an awning, but they needed a way to accommodate all in the family. The parents wanted protection from the sun and the 2 girls were sun worshipers. So, we built them an awning that covered 16' of the deck, allowing the parents and their quest to enjoy the deck along with their daughters. WIN WIN

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Keep it local if possible and see what they offer. A picture is pretty but shows you nothing. See it, feel it and work it. It's an investment make sure it's right for you.
