All of the products we sell are custom to your specific job and the details you ultimately select.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Give us a call! Melissa will talk with you about your project needs and gain an initial understanding of what you are looking for. She will schedule any necessary appointments and guide you through the sales process. From there, we will work with you in placing orders and scheduling installation with Wade and his crew.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Wade has been building and remodeling homes for over 25 years and also has a background in marine construction of docks, gangways and pier systems.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Wade (the owner/operator) has been working in the contracting industry for over 25 years! He got his start by working for a home builder. He’s gained a wide skill base since then. Having the knowledge and skills to build an entire home from start to finish, has given Wade a complete understanding of the anatomy of a home. Melissa (Wade’s wife and office guru) works along side Wade to ensure all things office related are taken care. Melissa will be the one you first make contact with to go over your project needs.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We often work with customers who are home owners of one primary residence or have a second home. We’ve also worked with commercial customers too. We work with customers who are looking for awnings, porch enclosure systems, lake docks and lifts, and interior window treatments.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love all of our awning projects! It’s a fun process to connect with customers and help them make their selections. The most exciting day is install day, when we see our customers light up the first time we open the awning. A typical awning installation takes about 4 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Any job worth doing, is worth doing right. Our approach to any project is: measure twice, cut once! The details matter and they matter to us just as much as they do to you. From our first phone conversation to the finalization of your project, you’ll see that we know exactly what we are doing. We will not disappoint you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A little research goes a long way. Knowing as much as you can about what you want and what you’re looking for is helpful. Although, we do understand that sometimes you’re looking for professional advice and input.
