What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We definitely don’t have the cheapest prices but we treat everyone and every job/client with respect and honesty. We are true professionals and stand behind our quality of work as well as leave each job cleaner than we found it!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once one of our team members gets a notification from a client, we reach out, schedule a quote and after that we will schedule a start date. When you start date is approaching we will reach out to make sure we are still on schedule for the desired date.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a certified welder as well as a double OSHA certified safety specialist.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was born into it. I am a third generation tradesman and it is the only job I have ever had and the only job I will ever have! I love what I do!

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types!! Mostly good experiences with customers and a ton of awesome repeat customers!!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did a huge deck install that was 30 feet long and 25 feet wide with thick gauge hog wire framed on all of the handrails. It took about a month from start to finish.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Definitely shop around, there is to many great service companies that are overlooked bc of the overflow of large major companies.

We offer onsite job consultations so even if you are clueless on what you want to do with your project, we can be there to offer expert advise and guidance to get your project to the next level!
