The Cockpit Catering Company strives to use local products when possible. We have over 40 years of combined experience with our team, and we travel the world looking for different ideas that we can incorporate into our catering options. We have worked with multiple different types of clients, so we can customize menus based on your needs. Whether you want a nice plated dinner, or hand passed cocktails and appetizers, we have the staff to meet your desires. We have added private chef services this year as well! Food and service is Justin's passion. From a very young age (5-6) Justin wanted to own his own restaurant, and while things didn't happen exactly like he planned, today he owns two restaurant locations that also handles many catering jobs per year. The delight in seeing other people get excited about a plate of food, is overwhelmingly pleasing. To see someone's face light up in surprise when they try new and exciting things is inspiring.
