I support each client through their goals restoring wellness and longevity. I am proud of my achievements and encourage clients to regain value with great food and environment taking them to their highest achievements. I strive to coach my clients in behavioral change to take a deeper look within to get to the root and take the steps to make lifestyle changes for wellness that lasts a lifetime. I have worked with clients suffering from chronic illnesses, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, weight gain, weight loss, fitness goals, and mild mental disorders to establish good brain to gut health. I am happy to support each client through their individual journeys with big faith for success and new life long healthy habits and wellness. Sound healing is an important part of my practice that I feel passionately about. I invite new and existing clients to sound and vibrational healing to reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, sleep issues, some symptoms of pain, mental clarity, ringing in the ears, and exhaustion. Sound and vibrational healing is deeply medicinal and awaken the senses restoring good intention. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I quote my pricing according to what services are needed and give price breaks for continuing long term clients or bulk service packages. I do not refund, and work above and beyond my clients needs to serve and support you to meet your goals and restore wellness.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to do meet and greets with new clients through zoom/FaceTime or in person to get to know each other. This way I can get a feel for what you needs and overall goals are. I have my new clients fill out assessment paperwork, that way I can best determine the right questions to ask and protocol.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a certified Nutritional Practitioner in holistic wellness through SWIHA a creditable university recognized all over the world. Certified Behavioral Change Specialist, certified in Sports Nutrition, and training in sound and vibrational healing. I also have Culinary experience that exceeds over 20 years with formal education. I have also worked as a Personal Chef for over 18 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started many many years ago because I suffer from Hashimotos a thyroid disorder and wanted to change my lifestyle to restore health and educate others who suffer with chronic illnesses how to maintain and restore wellness.

What types of customers have you worked with?

My experience has led me to work with individuals that would like to restore wellness through nutrition who suffer from eating disorders, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, diverticulitis, kidney disease, mass cell activation disorder, SIBO gut disorder, Gaps, spinal nerve issues, and many other chronic illnesses. I help my clients ease back into life regaining confidence, reducing anxiety, stress, and sleep disorders.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have currently set group sound healing work shops with a nutritional lunch buffet and occasional energy healers. So proud of the outcome and hard work put into these mini retreats.

I would recommend you ask the right questions of background and experience. I also feel that a mission to support on an individual basis’ is very important. Make sure your needs can be met.
