Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is very fair and within industry standards. You get a great value for what you ordered. Large portions and delicious food. We source fresh ingredients, every dish is made form scratch and the recipes are authentic and created by Chef Sandra. We take all that into account when we create our menu and accordingly our quoted prices.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
1. I understand what they need: what type of party it is, what type of food they need, how many guests they have. 2. I respond letting them know I received their inquiry 3. I build and send a custom quote just for them with menu choices that they will like based on what they requested in the original inquiry 4. I follow up with answers to any questions they have and get on a call to review in more detail. 5. I communicate the whole time up until the day of the event. I show up with my team depending on the event and we wow the host and their guests.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I have had many projects and choosing only one is misleading because I loved them all. Here are a couple: 1. Wedding for one of my long-time customers. I met her when I delivered meal prep to her. She stayed loyal through meeting her now husband and hired me and my crew to be her caterer for her wedding. It took a few months of planning, visiting the venue for a couple of walk-throughs. I worked with her wedding planner to coordinate the event details. The day of the wedding we got there early to setup. We had passed hors d'oeuvres, a buffet dinner, dessert and bar service. We made sure we stayed there until the party was over and we cleaned up. She and her husband still come in for meals and they always say how great the food is and how much fun their guests had. 2. Personal chef to a bachelor party who came to Phoenix from the East Coast. I made them an appetizer, a steak dinner with sides. They loved the ribeye steak so much, they reached out to me the following year again and asked me to be their personal chef for another friend from the group who is getting married. And they requested the same menu!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
My advise to my potential customer: You may want to comparison shop, and you should, but don't base your decision on price alone. Think about the end result: You want you and your guests to have a good time, enjoy delicious food, exceptional service and rave about their experience long after the party is over. That's what Taza Provides

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
