What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer the 12 course at a full price, while we can arrange dinner with less courses and adapt to your diet preferences. 4 course perfect private date dinne is coming back to our offerings.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Client should contact us with the prospect date, if available we share a form to learn more about the date expectations, we share our policy and process to be signed and confirmed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Im a commercial Food Stylist for film with a BA in arts and design, later I studied Mediterranean, French and American cuisine. Molly is our partner now and she is a former Chef, passionate for molecular cuisine and a world trotter.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My name is Aci Landa, I started this company with my mother many years ago. She would stare at magazine pictures having a couples eating on beautiful places around the world, she filled a whole wall with her vision. Yet we started many years after in California. And love it! 🤍

What types of customers have you worked with?

This is one of the most satisfying part of our work. My favorite was a couple of widows that decided to honor the rest of their lives together. They had photos of their traveling and hired one of our finest pianist. Ask me if I got very emotional. Generally our customers celebrate their new home, proposals, a baby on the way, anniversary or birthdays. We love witnessing and nurturing love stories.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love luxury but one of our clients just step beyond! They got LV private show room to be on their garden while they enjoyed their dinner shopping for their anniversary.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You know what you want. Get it if you can. Life is only once. We are all pretty awesome!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Know your desired date and have some back up options, compare the service and style of 3 or more. Write down your food limitations make sure the provider can commit to your needs and then just sit and relax, your trust is their responsibility to keep. Enjoy!
