In-Home Meal Prep Service: Package A: Starting at $250 + Tax (No Grocery Shopping)/Week: Chefs create weekly unique menus Chefs create grocery list Chefs prepare meals within the clients home Chefs cool, package, label, and put away meals Chefs do inventory check to help create next meal prep service menu and lower grocery bill Chefs clean up making it seem like they were never there 1 day of servicing per week Package B: Starting at $300 + Tax + Grocery Bill/Week: Includes everything on Package A + Grocery Shopping Package C: Starting at $500 + Tax + Grocery Bill/Week Includes everything on Package B 2 days of servicing per week *Each package includes up to 4 types of meals and 6 portions of each meals equaling a max count of 24 meals all together* **Extra meals can be requested. How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started off when I was a little kid. My parents were never around so I started to learn how to cook for my little brother and I. Finished high school and wasn't for sure on what to do. Remembered Ai coming to our high school during Career Fair. Couldn't afford it, but was told about a scholarship. Applied for it and found out it was a cooking competition. Took home 3rd place out of around 300 people and decided from there on then that this was for me and is has become something I love doing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with a lot of family that are really busy with their everyday lives that they don't have time to cook and find themselves ordering takeout everyday. My focus is to come in and take care of all the kitchen work so my client doesn't have to. I want my clients to be able to focus on themselves so that they can just sit back, relax, and enjoy the time they are taking back from being in the kitchen.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

To be honest all my clients are amazing and I am fond of them all! I usually take about 3 hours a week at my clients house preparing meals for the whole week. I cherish every moment with my client every week they shown me nothing but love and support through their wonderful hospitality and amazing feedbacks on the meals I prepare. The reason I love doing what I do everyday!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Best advice I would give anyone looking for a Personal Chef is to be very open minded and communicative! Not every Personal Chef is going to be up to everyone standards, but as a Personal Chef it is our goal to give our Client the best experience they can have. Get to know the Personal Chef that you are working with and communicate your preferences.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

From my experience doing In-Home Meal Preps I always want to make sure with my clients to see how many meals they actually need. Clients usually ask for the most meals, but usually doesn't consume them all. With more meals, comes more groceries, making a higher grocery bill, equaling a costly client invoice. My goal is to make sure no food goes to waste and to save as much as possible for my clients. My advice to future potential clients is to make sure to check your every day life schedule and see where you do need meals and how many meals do you need. Best to start lower and add on from there to help prevent any waste and save on cost.
