Please note, all pros on this platform pay for the leads we receive, so we ask that you be respectful of our time and resources. If you do not know what you are looking for, are uncertain of your details or are otherwise not set on your plans, please do us the courtesy of holding off on contacting us until you are certain. Also, when we respond to you, please respond back so that we are not holding a date that you are interested in and potentially losing other business. That said, I offer a premium service with exceptional attention to detail. This service is more expensive than others for that reason. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Bringing a chef into your home for a special occasion is such a personal experience, so I like to start our relationship on a personal level by having a chat over the phone. I want to know you, know your vision, and assist you in planning an inspired, memorable event.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I loved cooking with my family when I was growing up in Texas. When I found cooking professionally, it was like coming home to the person I was always meant to be.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Currently writing a cookbook. It's been a wonderful experience creating new dishes that I get to showcase at my events.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Research your choices before you hire someone. The more dependable companies that provide the best service and the most amazing food will tend to be more expensive, but worth every penny. The food and atmosphere of your event are what your guests will remember the most, so in the end, you may want to splurge for that extra "Wow!" factor.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Consider what you want the outcome of your event to be, and work backwards to create that vision with your professional.
