All of our dishes are prepared completely from scratch on site using the highest quality ingredients. All organic produce only wild seafood only prime beef heritage pork and poultry premium organic grains, oils, herbs and spices full private service brought into your home or vacation home. We arrive approximately 6 hours before your desired service start time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

There is a fixed cost for every event that pays the staff and overhead expenses (this ranges from $300 to $5000 depending on the size of the event and menu choices) along with the menu cost. Please inquire for a custom menu and price quote for services, we look forward to serving you!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Please tell us about your event and your preferences, we will craft your menu and service specifically for your event.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve worked in French, prime steakhouse, and Italian restaurants in Pittsburgh, Chicago and Tokyo Japan over the last 15 years and I am very passionate about food quality and preparation. I love food myself and have a very high standard. Every dish that I serve, I make it as if it were for myself.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Private parties, corporate events, family retreats, holidays, special occasions.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask about the quality of the ingredients and where they are purchased. I don’t use any processed ingredients or any items that has taken a shortcut to market. Also give as much input as you would like for your meal.
