Every dinner and event is different, and we put a lot of time and thought and preparation into every meal that we serve.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It starts with a conversation to see what the customer really wants and then coming up with a custom menu to meet those needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 26 years of restaurant and cooking experience. I also have a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in the restaurant industry as a dishwasher / prep cook when I was 15, and have worked almost every position in a restaurant. I’ve done serving tables and bartending for many years so I understand customer needs very well. I then discovered my love for food was becoming a prime driving force for what I wanted to do, and after 13 years working in restaurants I decided to go to chef school and pursue my dream.
