There is a fixed cost for every event that pays the staff and overhead expenses (this ranges from $300 to $5000 depending on the size of the event and menu choices) along with the menu cost. Please inquire for a custom menu and price quote for services, we look forward to serving you!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve worked in French, prime steakhouse, and Italian restaurants in Pittsburgh, Chicago and Tokyo Japan over the last 15 years and I am very passionate about food quality and preparation. I love food myself and have a very high standard. Every dish that I serve, I make it as if it were for myself.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask about the quality of the ingredients and where they are purchased. I don’t use any processed ingredients or any items that has taken a shortcut to market. Also give as much input as you would like for your meal.
