The price a person included: all the ingredients, the cooking, the service and the washing up. Event Duration: 3 or 4 hours. Chef Arrival Time: 1 hour prior to the selected serving time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1-new customer send me the request 2 - I'm prepared a couple of proposal menù ( traditional Italian food , seasonal and organic ingredients and Italian product. 3- Customer choose the menu and confirm with downpayment

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The excellent cooking of my mother, aunt, and grandmother has infused my DNA with indelible food memories. I recall the thrill of kneeling on a chair to make pan di spagna (sponge cake) alongside my mom when I was only three years old and sneaking spoonfuls of the ravioli filling when I was just barely tall enough to reach the table. When I was eight years old, I prepared my first dinner with freshly picked produce from our garden—a meal I’ll always remember. It was a simple bruschetta topped with vegetables and condiments, but with distinct, natural flavors. That vibrancy coupled with the satisfaction of having prepared it myself for my parents forever impacted my relationship with both food and the harmony between products of the terroir and the kitchen. Hence the name Caponatina Lab, which is derived from caponata, a preparation of chopped vegetables.
