What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Meal prep starts at $400 + groceries for 3 unique meals with 2-6 portions of each. With one week, you'll get 6-18 portions. Dinner parties depend on your group size, location, and menu. Dinners for 2 start at $600. Prices for 3-10 guests range from $100-$200 per person. Events of 10-35 guests range $75-$85. Events of more than 35 guests range from $55-$65

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Starting out making Swedish gingerbread cookies or mixing cinnamon and raisins in a small pot in my grandmother's kitchen, my interest in cooking began when I was 3 or 4 years old. After I graduated from Culinary School, I sought out personal chefs who had established businesses in the community. With their guidance and mentorship, I began my own personal chef career.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of my favorite gigs is the dinner for 2. I get to work closely with couples to create a special menu for their dinner experience. Those events are always some of my favorites.
