I have been turning and burning in the industry for more than a decade now for well known hotels and resorts. I have designed menus to accommodate the highest of clientele - from professional athletes to comedians and even the former First Lady. My ambition is a direct representation of my hard work. Traveling from NY-Moscow-Tokyo and so much in between, I have gathered inspiration from the world's most cultured destinations. I would be honored to share my experience with you and bring the amazing flavors of the world to the comfort of your own home. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Every project is negotiable. I charge fare rates based on what your preferences are. Please keep in mind that if you are requesting multiple plated courses with a customized menu, the price will most likely going to be $100+ per person. If you are on a strict budget, consider “family style” service. Any event under 5 people will have 2 separate charges: for labor and for groceries. Minimum labor charge for a small party is $500.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Austin I have over 15 years of professional cooking experience; from food trucks to fine dining restaurants and 5* hotels.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please make sure that you are serious about your event plans. Professionals have to pay for each person contacting them on this platform; so it really hurts us when customers fail to communicate. Let’s respect each other’s time and money!
