What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

An initial phone call and/or video chat will be scheduled prior to the appointment. During this call we will narrow down what style of yoga class, cleanse, etc. would be the best fit for you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a certified yoga instructor and a life-long vegan who is studying natural medicine.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My parents were both Naturopathic doctors and vegans. Their love for one another and these practices of healing inspired me to deepen my own knowledge.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with anyone who is interested in yoga or alternative healing. I work with all experience levels.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My recent project is my LLVG cleanse. This cleanse is something I have been working on for many years and it is one that I am very proud of. It includes elixirs, juices, massage, and a full sensory yoga class. Message me to hear more!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise you to speak with the provider on the phone initially to asses if they are the right fit for you.

What their personal needs are and what they want to get out of the experience.
