Pricing varies depending on services rendered, however I like to include everything in the price per person so that you are not surprised by fees at the end of the billing process.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I take pride in making custom menus for each client to make every experience special and unique.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 20 years of on the job training, during that time I have worked as a Chef de Cuisine (head of the kitchen) under a James Beard Award winning chef and a Certified Master Chef.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started catering early in my career and after leaving restaurant life, I really appreciate making custom menus for different clients every day.

I've worked with a wide range of clientele, from blue collar to Fortune 500 CEO's.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I just did a wonderful series of dinners for a family staying in Vail, it was a week long project that took about ten days to complete. Everyone was so happy and it was nice to really get to know the family through the week.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
