After a phone call with the client, I will meet and get all details and creating a menu suitable for the event.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I did my training in Lake Garda, Italy. My cuisine is based on my "Grandma's recipes" but it can be modify to the client's need and request.

My grandma was the best cook in the world , very simple but delicious. I spent lots of afternoon helping her making dinners for the whole family ..,
