What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a licenced Nutritional Therapist through The Health Sciences Academy and Health Coach with a Masters in Food Policy from City University London and 15 years in the health and nutrition industry. I also am a private celebrity chef and cooking instructor specializing in healthy, clean food and meal prepping.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve always been in the health and fitness industry from the age of 18 through my own personal weight loss journey and passion to share and help others.

My 8 week signature Clean Up Your Diet & Weight Loss program helps consistently see clients achieve goals they said they were never able to hit in their past attempts. This program is realistic, easy to follow, empowers the clients with the right information, motivates, and is full of delicious easy to prep meals to help clients be consistent and want to stick to it!
