My culinary portfolio is expansive and includes but not limited to Japanese, Italian, Caribbean, Southern, Mediterranean and Spanish cuisines. I have worked with many experts in the industry and have learned what it takes to produce good quality food using fresh ingredients. We are a Personal Chef and Mixologist teamed up to make your event special and unforgettable. We are passionate for great food, exquisite cocktails, and fun interactions. More than mouth watering food and delicious cocktails, we offer excellence in customer satisfaction. Our Menus are personalized and will be created specially for each customer. Our Caipirinhas and Mojitos will be the topic of many circle of conversation at your party. Chef Katlyn Duclerc is open to all cuisines and challenges, also being herself a talented Mixologist. Mixologist Danielle is a Bourbon Lover and known for the best Caipirinhas and Mojitos in town.
