Now we have served over 300 clients and executed over 500 services from date nights to kosher services, from wedding to multi day services overseas (Nicaragua, Mexico, Bahamas, Canada, Ecuador) and multiple places out of state. Now a little about me: "I love food and cultures, and by cooking I can transmit this passion with the sole intention to create new memorable experiences for my clients." Founder Chef Javier's main background is Latin and South East Asian (Japan, Vietnam, Filipino, Indonesian, Indian) Cuisine, but he also has a vast knowledge in Spanish, Italian, French, African and Middle Eastern. Our team could also prepare kosher dishes if requested. He has traveled to over 40 countries, rediscovering new flavors and techniques to implement them to his existing culinary background, and learning the service traditions from other cultures. Javier utilizes his 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry in Miami to bring together a team who can be trusted and understands our commitment to our clients, vendors and other team members. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We strive to bring a 4 course Global Experience to your taste both. However, a 3 course dinner could be discussed for a lessen fee. We are having different promotions every month. Go to our website for more details

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After the intro has been made through this platform, we would jump in a call and discover your thoughts for your desire event. Then we will write you a Menu Proposal and an invoice. If agreed, 25%-50% is solicited to book your date.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team has over 40+ of experience all combined with strengths in multiple types of cuisine. The team is led by Javier, a hospitality industry expert with a, A.A. in Culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu in 2008 and B.A. in Hospitality and Tourism in 2017. He has worked in pretty much all aspects of the industry; catering, restaurants, hotels, night clubs, tour operator, travel association. With over 20 visited, Javier's goal is to bring Global flavors and traditions to your dinner table.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Javier's passion started at an earlier age of 9 with his father's lasagna. He loved it and he began to be curious of the process. At age 13, his mother migrated to USA and he stayed behind for 6 more months. It was in this time when where he took a Gourmet Sandwich course and from then on food has always been a source of passion for him. Globally speaking, food is the foundation of every culture in this planet. Through food we learn cultures, tradition and history.

In this business, as industry professionals, we adapt to the circumstances. We have had the pleasure to work with young entrepreneurs, families, bachelorettes, wedding anniversaries among others. Since we are hired to cater for a celebration, our clients are upbeat, friendly, cultured and excited to see what's cooking up!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our latest and prefered project was for a corporate celebration where the leader treated his team with a 3 course dinner including sushi, sashimi, stuffed plantains and a chicken and yuca dish as main course, we had vegan options for every course. the total was 20 guests and we had our personal content creator taking shots that will remain in our memories forever.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

As pros, we have to pay for the leads this sides give us. Pros still pay for the lead even if you do not reply to the first introduction message.
