We can create a lesson plan to fit each customer. For groups we can include a cost per person or flat fee.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After a brief discussion with the customer, I will identify appropriate dishes and recipes to teach. I will provide the ingredients and materials.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Always taking new classes to keep up with changing trends in the culinary field. Reading and learning new recipes. And of course trying new restaurants to see whats new.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Grew up in the restaurant business with the family. Always loved it .

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Many delicious dinners served to many satisfied customers A surprise engagement dinner for a young couple hired by their parents. Took a culinary tour group to Parma, Italy for a week that included daily cooking classes and food tours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the chef looks and works clean like a professional. It should be an enjoyable experience.

Anyone can learn to cook especially if they are passionate about food and ready to explore new things. Be ready to experiment and make a few mistakes along the way. The key is practicing and feeling comfortable with your skills.
