Pippa's Pickle Candy is most famous for it's 50+ varieties of candy flavored pickles and unique varieties of pickled pineapples. However, we have a wide range of products that are all pickled in some way. Products include: flavored pickles, flavored pickled fresh fruit (the pickled pineapples are the most popular and unique of them all), tartar sauce, salad dressings, cakes, cookies and soups. We cater small and large scale events. We host parties and cooking demonstrations. Creating delicious memories is my purpose and providing stellar customer service and a stress-free experience is my passion. As a personal chef, I strive to provide a restaurant experience in your home which means consulting to customize the menu to best fit your dinner party goals and ensuring ingredients are seasonal and fresh. When I arrive at your home, I’m coming with all of the necessary ingredients, equipment, and helpings hands needed to pull off your event. All you have to do is give me the keys to your clean kitchen and provide dinnerware and beverages for your guests. Dishes can be served family-style or plated. I can stay behind the scenes and cook or interact with you and your guests while cooking. We can start with a minimum of 3 courses but can go all the way up to 6! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I prefer to have a quick intake call so that we can learn more about you, your event, dietary restrictions, create a menu, understand budget and bond. Within 24 hours you’ll receive a detailed quote via email, then if you decide to confirm we can move forward from there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve been a personal chef since 2005 and I’ve been cooking full meals since I was 8 years old.

We have customers in 50 states. We travel to support clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I love surprises and birthdays. I recently helped a client create the ideal surprise dinner complete with decorations for their 10 year anniversary. It’s all about the client experience and proper execution of strategy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Have some idea or Framewowork of your event and be open to recommendations from the chef.
