What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is based off of our extensive experience. We do not only cook but we are managers in our positions as executive Chefs. Food cost, menu items as well as distance to location is also considered.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically ask the customer what they are looking for. Build about two menus and offer them a price and suggestions for creating their perfect event.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Combined, over 50 years of international experience. Schooled in Jamaica and The United States. Worked on cruise lines, resorts, restaurants, hotels and private homes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started after high school we’ve always had an interest and passion for cooking.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers. Corporate, weddings, anniversaries, divorces, doctors offices, cook outs, fine dining, surprise parties, private homes, outdoor events.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently hosted a pop up event. It lasted for about 4 hours. We are excited to share several menu items that make people feel good when they eat. We also like to create the entire atmosphere oh fun and laughter while working.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise the customer to look for the details shared by the professional and their willingness to work with you.
