Introduction

I try to go the extra distance in making sure the dinner experience is exactly right for you. Because I WANT to be invited back. Every time I cook for a dinner party or a new full service family, it's like a little blind date... meeting people for the first time, trying out a new kitchen, often seeing some truly spectacular homes. Then, it's a matter of nursing that first meeting into a satisfying relationship. Food brings people together, and builds friendships.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing can be a hard thing to pin down. It depends largely on the menu and the type of service you want. For weekly meals, you can figure on a minimum of $150 plus grocery costs. Dinner parties can be customized; a three course dinner for four can start as low as $59 per person. Larger parties will normally require a server/assistant and lots of kitchen space. But be assured... you'll always get great value!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Call or write with the specifics of your event. Once we set a menu, date and time, you relax and let me do the work.

Read between the lines. Check websites and reviews. Don't immediately go for the lowest price.
