I began preparing vegan and vegetarian food professionally in 2004, and since 2014 I have provided onsite, full service vegan and vegetarian catering for large scale, multi day events in southern California, Lenox, Massachusetts, Sedona and Cochise County, Arizona. I still cater meditation retreats in the spring and fall in Arizona, but I'm available for smaller scale plant based catering and vegan meal prep in the St Louis area during the summer and winter.
