Pricing is done per event based on fulfilling your needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

On first contact I want to get as much information as possible about what will make your event perfect for you, then we work into that ideal.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My team has more than 4 decades of experience in Food and Beverage service, and can accommodate everything from a quiet dinner in to a full scale event for the ages.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am hospitality driven, my career in Food and Beverage came from a need to take care of the people around me. I found that it was a great way for me to express how much I cared for people.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Every level of society, from the names you aren't supposed to repeat, working as personal chef for a billionaire, and rubbing elbows with winemakers/chefs across Europe to the local VFW crowd eating hotdogs over a trashcan.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask all the questions you want answered. Do not think that you are a burden, it is our job to first gather all the information we need to fully understand how to execute your vision.

As professionals, we should be able to help guide customers through the process thoroughly.
