Hey, I’m Chef Sierra Symone. After attending Bradford Culinary School in 2013 and Owens Culinary School in 2015, SiSi’s Pop Up Catering was established. I am also the owner of Rare Savory Taste Kitchen, established in 2024 in Toledo, Ohio. I have revamped restaurants, elevating their menu with new recipes and perfect pairing cocktails. My passion has always been in the kitchen and creating memorable times with those I love while enjoying amazing food. My mission is to provide exquisite personal chef and event catering experiences. I am equipped to service all your catering and personal chef desires! SiSi’s The Food Truck was established in 2021. Serving statewide in Ohio from 2021-2023. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Quote depends on head count, menu, in-home service or delivery. I also charge $75 per hour of travel.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with Thumbtack, I always get the basics of what the client would like. (How many guests, location, type of menu, type of event) I will give a quote based off those suggestions. If the quote is okay with the client, we will proceed on the final menu. I will send an invoice for a deposit of half the quote to secure your date and you will be booked. Final payment is always due 48 hours before service. I’m always reachable by thumbtack, phone, or email.
