Listed pricing is simply a starting point, price can vary depending on service. We enjoy custom tailoring a menu and experience for our clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process begins with understanding your needs and visions from start to finish. We then take what we have learned and present you with a sample menu and make changes, taking into consideration all possible food allergies/preferences. Once we have settle on a general idea and head count we go to work sourcing all your ingredients.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Chef George Acosta has worked with food in different industries ranging from grocery warehouses to restaurants. This experience has given him a great deal of skills and most of all an attention to detail that spans beyond plating.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Chef George Acosta is "self-taught" and learned his basis for cooking by growing up watching Food Network and The Cooking Channel. He started with his original love of baking, as he would attempt making elaborate birthday cakes for his mother over the years.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

At Flavors Of Finesse we enjoy private dinner parties as it allows us to connect more with our clients. But we also enjoy doing pop-up dinner menus in unique locations.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Advice we would give a customer would be to be as specific as you possibly can. Do not feel as though you are being difficult or challenging. On the other hand as well if you are open to the free range of a providers creativity, be up front with that. Ultimately treat the time you spend with a provider planning for your service as precious as your own.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Before talking to a professional a client should have a general idea of the following already in mind: -Number of guests -Which guests, if any have actual life threatening food allergies -Style of service (plated, buffet, etc..)
