What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

After a preliminary complimentary one hour consultation, prices are based upon final menu selection, staffing, rentals, travel outside of a 25-mile radius and any additional consulting time at a rate of $50/hour. Culinary classes are billed per person or at a pre-agreed upon flat rate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent 3 hour "Cook in Your Nook" gluten free cupcake class in a client's kitchen was uniquely memorable. The family had allergies and she wanted to make healthy organic gluten-free desserts for them and neighbors. After receiving a list of ingredients and the recipes, went the second mile buying a mix master and engaging her six and three year old kids. They loved decorating the little cakes which were also a big hit with their neighbors!
