What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to customize the menu to my clients taste.I believe in listening to my clients and being available when they need me to help.After the initial contact via thumbtack I like to have a phone conversation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I trained in Paris France so I do all of the Classic French Cuisine.I've been a Chef for 20 yrs and albeit my background is Fine Dining,I do a wide variety of Cuisines including Low Country.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have worked with the Famous and not so famous.My ideal client is someone who loves to eat and wants to enjoy their guest while I do the cooking.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently spent a week on Kiawah Island SC cooking for a family of 12 who were Kosher and wanted Fat Free Desserts. By the end of my week they were happy with the food and I stretched myself and added a new style of cooking (Kosher) I love learning and growing and making people happy with the food I prepare.Cooking is art and love.
