My passion for cooking had started from childhood, inherited from my Russian Moroccan parents, who are also in the culinary arts. Since then many years have passed but my passion of cooking stayed the same. I have gained experience working in some of the top restaurants in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and currently New York City.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Customers should know that pricing is based mainly on the number of guests and the menu. This means that the price is affected by the number of courses, the cost of ingredients and the preparation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Customer will receive a tailored menu based on their preferred dishes and cuisines. Once a menu is selected and a time is set, the customer has nothing left to do but to eat and enjoy a memorable experience.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Cooking since childhood I have acquired most of my skills from experience. I have had the privilege to work and study from some of the top chefs in New York City, London and Tel Aviv.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Cooking for others has been my first true love. Ever since I was a child I was fascinated but flavors and aromas and the many different combinations this world has to offer. I started cooking for my family and friends and enjoyed their reactions more than then cooking experience itself, and so I knew this is what I want to do fora living.
