My pricing is affordable. I do my best to work with just about any budget. We use the freshest ingredients possible and everything that can be made from scratch is.

I first like to ask what they have in mind and build from there. If they are unsure then I will give suggestions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a self taught cook.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started cooking and having parties for fun with friends. It turned into a side hustle which turned into a full time business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers from different backgrounds and beliefs. No of which matters. What matters the most is me providing the best possible customer service.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently did a wedding dinner for a couple and 11 of their closest friends on a 60 acre property just outside of Philadelphia. It was an hour drive, but worth the effort. I was with them for 6 hrs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say ask lots of questions. If someone has an issue with you asking questions, move on. Be sure you are comfortable and don't nearly search for the lowest price. You want to be sure that your food is being prepared fresh and not packaged. Customer service is key and you are the customer.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is that they want and if they don't know, at least have a list of your likes and dislikes. Always remember, you are the customer, our job is to ensure your event is memorable and delicious.
