Q&A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I actually love working with new clients and clients who have never hired a chef before. I try I and make it easy and streamline it as much as possible! I’m here to make it a luxurious and fun experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have been in the industry for 14 years in every aspect of restaurants, then in 2014 I jumped feet first into an organic food program for kids that o created from scratch. I started it at a daycare and it expanded to a private school as well. I absolutely loved being in the kitchen and crafting delicious, nutritious menus!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Wonderful people from all walks of life. Most importantly- Kind people.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently catered a funeral, and while it’s never an event anyone wants to plan, I truly valued the opportunity to ease the burden for my grieving clients. Knowing that I could help make their day a little smoother and provide comfort through food meant so much to me. In times of loss, food is more than just a meal—it’s a way to show love and care, and I always want to be that person who helps people feel supported through what I create.
