What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Yes we do have standard prices for drop-off starting at $12.95 pp + delivery. A full service catered buffet starts at $21.95 Prices vary depending on the various foods my clients may request. Additional supplies and services such as China, linens, flatware, bartenders, staff, etc., would incur additional charges.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If a customer wants to meet with us we are welcomed to the idea. Once the details of the menu are determined we send a contract to the customer for review.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I had an interest ever since I was 10. Growing up in an Italian-American household the kitchen was the focal point of my upbringing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked for all types of customers that have ranged from gourmet dinners for 2 people up to buffet meals for 150.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A birthday dinner for 14 guest I was thrilled to see the review the next day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It's always good to start with a budget and some basic menu ideas. Not everyone knows exactly all the details which always changes. We are here to help with menu and event planning for our customers.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should know of their venue, event date and time and approximate number of guests. What type of budget do you have in mind?
