What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I often give Big Discounts for my Travel Time, and Low Estimates when I charge for my Cooking Time... My goal is to build Happy Relationships week after week with Very Satisfied Customers! My Healthy Meal Prep is just $85/hr for my time, plus groceries. I do all the Shopping, Prep, and Clean-Up, and can cook and serve you IN YOUR HOME, OR DELIVER My incredible Healthy Party Catering is only $150 per person for 4 or more guests, and $175 per person for 2-3 people. Everything is included: Shopping, Groceries, Prep, Serving, and Clean Up!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to listen, and I'm here to help and serve. Count on me to put the most Delicious Healthy Meals on your table when you need it the most. My Meal Prep is customized to your exact needs, and the foods you love. We'll talk about different options until we find the Perfect Fit for you. If you're having a special event, I'm here to support the meaning and joyfulness of your event, whether it's an Anniversary, Romantic Dinner for Two, Party with Friends, or a Sunday Brunch. We will arrange the ideal Menu for you and your Guests, and we will figure out exactly how the Party will flow, so you don't have a care in the world. You get to focus on being the Host, and leave the rest to me.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Culinary Classes at one of the best Institutes in the World, plus One-on-One Training with prestigious Private Chefs who taught me how to be successful as a Private Chef, in both the fine cooking skills, and in taking the best care of my Customers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Growing up, my family struggled with a variety of serious Health Issues, made even worse by extremely bad eating habits. I became determined to learn how to Eat Healthy and Cook Healthy, and when I did, I discovered I had a Talent and a Passion for it, and I felt my own health improving! I decided to bring my Special Way of Cooking to the world, to help others feel the increased Health, Energy, and Enjoyment I was feeling.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Busy Families and Working People who want to come home to Healthy Meals prepared specially for them... Corporate Lunches and Events... Friends getting together... Romantic Couples... People who want to Eat Healthy, but thought it wouldn't be Delicious!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Meal prepping for a Family of 5, with two Busy Parents not having enough time due to their commute into Manhattan. They wanted healthy meals prepped and ready for them to eat when they got home. It's an on-going client so no end in sight.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure to communicate your wants and desires. Each Chef has different methods, prices, and approaches. Choose someone whose energy and personality you like, and whose menu and dishes excite you! If Healthy Eating is important to you, ask them what makes their cooking healthier than other Chefs. If you just look for price, remember you get what you pay for!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

For Meal Prep, think about how many Meals per Week would serve your needs, and how much you'd be willing to spend for a Premium Service with a Chef who makes your Mealtimes a Daily Pleasure For Private Parties, think about how many people your home can accommodate, and do you have a fully functioning kitchen. Also, do you prefer a Sit Down Meal, Buffet, or Family Style.
