Catering: (50% Deposit with remainder paid in full 2 weeks prior to event date) Set rate per person depending on food selection Labor and delivery are included in these prices Set up/Decorating or full service are additional charges Personal Chef: Negotiable for a certain amount of meals Dependent on if any dietary restrictions and food allergies may require special care Menu development Grocery lists and shopping Delivery/In home cooking/Plated meals Inventory/Cleaning Cooking Classes: Set rate per Person dependent on cuisines and difficulty

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First finding out what occasion the event is for then asking what type of food cuisines they are interested in. Also, If there are any food allergies or any dietary restrictions needed for their clients. Then find out there budget and if I'm able to cater the event based the cuisines desired.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The Culinary Institute at Bradford schools Servsafe license in food safety and sanitation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Well I have always had a passion for cooking since a very young age with my grandmother. I decided to go to cllege and get my degree. I went to The Culinary Institute at Bradford schools, it was the best experience of my life.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have done catering for all occasions, church fuctions, birthdays, funerals, thanksgiving and new years parties. I have been a private personal chef in peoples homes providing breakfast, lunch and dinner. I also do meal delivery for families up to 5 days worth. Portioned lunches are also available. Even cutomers that want meal plans and shopping lists for healthier eating that I or they can cook for themselves.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Read there company reviews and references. Then when you like them continue using them in the future developing a relationship of continued good services for other occasions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How much the professional can help them on their special occasion and or how much they need a personal chef at home whether it be one to five meals for dinner or breakfast and lunch whatever will make life easier for them truly from the beginning so that the load can be lighter.
