What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing varies depending on the clients request. If they want all natural, grass fed and organic products the price will go up.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to set up a phone call, then meeting, chefs demo if necessary, fill out an agreement/contract, and then personalize there menu.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and have been cooking for over 20 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up in restaurants as a kid. My dad owned a small waffle shop.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have cooked for all types. Vegan, vegetarian, paleo, keto, and gluten free.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I did a pop up event for a 3 day long music festival.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure your chef has a picture gallery you can look at. That way you can see thier style of cooking. Ask for references if needed, and have a meeting with them to make sure they are a good fit for your needs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask about experience, education, and styles of cooking. In the catering world you need to he diverse.
