Introduction

We are the first and only Asian Fusion food truck. I am an award winning chef with 20+ years in this industry that has been hired 10 times from thumbtack. My life and passion is driven by food. After completing Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in 2018, I decided to start my business and the Wok Lobster was created. Being from Alabama and having a background in fine dining, a love for cooking seafood and eating Asian cuisine the Southern in me inspires a Southern Asian fusion. We are excited to be here in South Carolina with our new food truck name "Wokco Ladle" to provide you with Southern hospitality and a fusion of southern meets Asian cuisine. Join us as we provide a creative version of familiar foods that would have your taste buds dancing with flavor.
