As a personal chef, I strive to provide a restaurant experience in your home which means consulting to customize the menu to best fit your dinner party goals and ensuring ingredients are seasonal and fresh. When I arrive at your home, I’m coming with all of the necessary ingredients, equipment, and helpings hands needed to pull off your event. All you have to do is give me the keys to your clean kitchen and provide dinnerware and beverages for your guests.
Dishes can be served family-style or plated. I can stay behind the scenes and cook or interact with you and your guests while cooking. We can start with a minimum of 3 courses but can go all the way up to 6! You can have 2 guests or you can have 15 guests. The choice is totally yours!
