What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. First we check on budget. 2. build you a custom menu 3. Check if you want Drop of and set up, or full service 4. Ask if you need any Rentals or wares Then we cost it out. When approved, I will send invoice for 50% deposit this holds the date, then the final is not due till 1 week before event.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Grad of Art Institute of Atlanta. I owned 2 Catering company. This is my newest one. I have over 10 years catering in Sc.

Started out as a food trucker. Then went in to catering now my restaurant.

I did a week long event cooking for 250 veterans per day That belonged to a RV club.

Know your budget to give to the cater so they can price your event to fit that budget. Your budget will determine your service you will get.
