Introduction

It’s not complicated. Skip the commute, this personal trainer comes to you, creates workouts catered to your goals and doesn’t make you buy these massive packages. Achieve results fastest with a NASM certified, experienced, downtown personal trainer. *Now offering private Chef prepared healthy meals overseen by our in-house nutritionist* I’m Danny, owner and operator of RxFit. Let me and my team will take care of your goals, physique and corrective issues from the comfort of your home, building or you can come to one of our partner locations. I studied biology, am accredited through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have run a company, of personal trainers, for 10 years. I am an ex-power-lifter, current tennis player and used to be a heavily overweight. I understand getting to your goals quickly better than most. I also had to make a big change after working in the office when I was in marketing which is why I was very overweight and stressed. You will get your moneys worth every session by providing the same service I used on myself to transform my life. I work with downtown Austin clientele, in hotels, condo’s and apartments. Because of this I have developed a familiarity with lifestyles of those in consulting, engineering and finance. Understanding these lifestyles helps me create a catered program for you that does now get in the way of your current professional life. You will a receive initial consult and after we start you will receive weekly workouts, accountability, breakdown of what strategy will lead to your results fastest and anything extra I will run to the ends of the earth to make sure if it helps you. If you need expedited results we can even suggest our in-house meal prep services provided by our private chef and nutritionist. Everyone on my team is also certified in Corrective Fitness and Habit Coaching Specialists, meaning we can rehab injuries and get you to commit to change without too much resistance. Send me a message with your detailed goal and if prefer in person or virtual training and I will contact you with how we can move forward.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I do not believe in discounting my pricing. I am very confident in the work that I do and my results prove as such. I take my work very seriously and my fees reflect that.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
3 major problems have to be overcome. 1. What is the motivator for change? 2. Is there a timeline we can use as a goal setter for this change (wedding, reunion etc) 3. What are the unique ways that the client moves and heals from different styles of workouts?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Besides going to seminars and learning for those older and wiser than myself, I also am constantly reading research papers and books by my favorite doctors in the field. New information is constantly coming to light and it takes a life of devotion to the craft to truly bring the best to my clients.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I personally believe that we are best at the things that we have struggled with ourselves. I was overweight through most of my life, even though I was highly involved in athletics, and as an adult I continued to pack on more weight. I eventually couldn’t stand how I felt about myself. I saw my physique as a reflection of my discipline and this bothered me about my future. So, I took a massive leap by leaving my well paying sales job, lived off savings till I was back in shape and then studied to become a personal trainer.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
The focus of RX Fit are those with a focus on aesthetics and functional strength. So, naturally I have had a lot fo experience, with weight-loss, toning and working with those overcoming injuries or pains in the body.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Ask many questions about how they will train and ascertain if they are just going to tell you what to do or are they going to work with you to meet those goals.
