Chef Sunny is available for private in-home omakase services on Tuesdays and Thursdays regularly. The rest of our time is spent focusing on our takeout/delivery sushi restaurant, Kaisen HTX. Our focus is on quality ingredients and respecting the origins of our cuisine, coupled with beauty. We only provide food that is made 100% from scratch from our team. We’ve spent our lifetimes focusing on four areas of cuisine: Korean, Japanese, American, and Italian. However, we now focus solely on traditional Japanese sushi.
