What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

$100/hr cooking lessons or demos. Catering is subject to needs of your party generally start at $75/person for a 3 course custom menu.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Tell me your goals and what your wish list is. I want to do as much as I can to get you there!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm an Arizona Culinary Institute graduate. I have over 13 years experience in the culinary industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began working for pro athletes as a personal chef over 7 years ago, prior to that I worked in the restaurant industry for almost 10 years. I have a life long passion for food!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The more information you give me, the better I can key in on creating something you will love. If you don't love it tell me and we will fix the problem!

What type of event are you hosting and what sort of mood would you like to set? Are you in need of gourmet catering at an affordable price? Do you and your guest want to get hands on in the kitchen?
