Our journey started in 2020 when our founders, Executive Chef Zach and Chef La Tonya decided to turn their love for cooking into a business. Since then, we have been serving our community with the best quality food and excellent customer service. We are based out of Charlotte, North Carolina however we travel to cater to our customers taste buds!

We are passionate in what we do! We love what we do, and we continue to strive for excellence for every guest. Yes we call our clients “guests", because we want them to become an extension of our family atmosphere. The combined almost two decades experience and knowledge we bestow allows us to be traditional but creative. Creating an unique experience is majorly important to demonstrate to every guest. As an example of the experience, we love our guests to be pleasantly surprised by the taste of a particular dish when they questioned if it could be done!…….When it goes from silence, to “Ooo's and yumm's” and the smiles on their faces appear. 🤩Success achieved! An Enthusiastic and Creative chef of Haitian decent, Chef Jean was raised in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands with a natural pallet for spicy and aromatic foods.
